How long after ordering is my order shipped?

It depends on the type of jewelry you ordered:

  • Message card jewelry (Forever Love, Love Knot, Alluring Beauty, Cuban Chain, and other pre-designed styles) — processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from our North America warehouse.
  • Personalized jewelry (Customize Studio — engravable pendants, birthstone necklaces, name necklaces, signature rings, personalized bracelets) — handcrafted from scratch by our artisans over 2-3 weeks, then shipped within 3-7 business days after production. Every piece goes through designing, engraving, crafting, hand-polishing, and a final quality inspection to make sure it meets our highest standard.

If you select Expedited shipping at checkout (where available), your item will be shipped via DHL Express with an estimated delivery of 1-4 business days.

How long does it take to arrive?

We ship most orders from our North America warehouse (USA). Delivery times after shipping:

  • USA — 2-5 business days
  • Canada — 4-10 business days
  • Europe — 5-15 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand — 5-15 business days
  • Rest of the World — 5-20 business days

For personalized jewelry, add 2-3 weeks of production time before shipping begins. The wait is worth it — you are receiving a piece that was made from scratch just for you.

Which carrier do you use?

We ship orders through trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, and others depending on your location and the shipping method selected. For international shipments, your local mail carrier may handle final delivery once the package enters your country. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Can I pay extra to get my item quicker?

For message card jewelry, you can select Expedited shipping at checkout to have your item shipped via DHL Express with an estimated delivery of 1-4 business days.

For personalized jewelry, production time cannot be shortened because every piece is handcrafted to order — from engraving to polishing to quality inspection. However, once production is complete, your item ships promptly with free worldwide shipping.

What about customs fees and taxes?

We label every package with all relevant information for customs authorities. However, some countries charge import duties, sales tax (VAT), or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are set by your country's government and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for guidance.

I have not received my order

Please email us at support@momavo.com with your order number from the confirmation email or SMS. We will help track down your order and make sure it reaches you.


Can I return my order?

It depends on the type of jewelry:

  • Message card jewelry — Yes. We offer a 90-day return policy. The item must be in new, unworn condition with original tags and packaging. To start a return, email support@momavo.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 8-15 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Personalized jewelry (Customize Studio) — Personalized orders are final sale because every piece is custom-made to your exact specifications. This is what makes your piece one of a kind — it was crafted for you and only you.

Items that have been worn or altered cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders quickly, so timing matters:

  • Message card jewelry — Cancellation is possible if the order has not yet shipped. Contact support@momavo.com as soon as possible.
  • Personalized jewelry — Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellation is only possible if crafting has not yet started. Please reach out within a few hours of ordering for the best chance.

If you need to change engraving details on a personalized order, contact us as soon as possible (within 12-15 hours of ordering). Once production has started, changes cannot be made.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

Please contact our support team right away at support@momavo.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

We will arrange a free remake or replacement as quickly as possible. Please do not return items without contacting us first — we need to authorize all remakes before processing.

For personalized jewelry, please report any damage within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can begin the remake process without delay.

Can I get a remake of my item?
  • Message card jewelry — If there is a concern about your item, contact our support team. We offer remakes for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • Personalized jewelry — We hold every piece to the highest quality standard in the industry. The chance of receiving a defective item is extremely rare, but if it happens, report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will remake your piece at no charge.

Normal wear and tear over time is not considered a manufacturing defect. Our jewelry is built to last, but like all fine jewelry, proper care will keep it beautiful for years.

My item looks different from the online listing

This is a very rare occurrence. We make every effort to accurately represent all designs and products. Some listings use life-like renderings to show how the item will look, which allows us to offer thousands of unique message card combinations.

If you believe your item has a defect or does not match the listing, please send a few photos along with your order number to support@momavo.com and our team will review it.

  • Every piece is crafted from genuine 925 sterling silver (92.5% pure silver, alloyed for strength and durability).
  • Finished with your choice of premium electroplating:
    • 18K Yellow Gold — real gold electroplating for a warm, classic luster
    • White Gold — rhodium plating for a bright, modern finish with excellent tarnish and scratch resistance
    • Rose Gold — warm, contemporary finish with a soft glow
  • All Customize Studio jewelry is nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin.
  • Select styles feature genuine cubic zirconia stones for diamond-like brilliance.
  • Every piece goes through a multi-step quality inspection before shipping.
