Once crafting has begun, changes cannot be made because each piece is already being built to your original specifications. Every order includes your custom-crafted jewelry piece with your personalization (engraving, name, birthstone, or other custom detail), a luxury LED presentation box, a care card, and a polishing cloth. Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellation is only possible if crafting has not yet started. Refunds for approved cancellations are processed to your original payment method within 8 to 15 business days.

Store in the original box or a soft cloth pouch when not wearing. Gently clean with a soft, dry cloth.
