Every piece is crafted from genuine 925 sterling silver, which means 92.5% pure silver with a small percentage of alloy added for strength and durability. Pure silver on its own is too soft, so the alloy allows your jewelry to hold its shape through daily wear. This is the international standard for premium silver jewelry.

For the gold finish, we use real gold in the electroplating process. Pure 24K gold bonds to the sterling silver base, then the color is tuned to achieve a rich 18K warmth and brilliance. If production has not yet started, we can update your personalization at no extra charge. Once crafting has begun, changes cannot be made because each piece is already being built to your original specifications. Every order includes your custom-crafted jewelry piece with your personalization (engraving, name, birthstone, or other custom detail), a luxury LED presentation box, a care card, and a polishing cloth. Your piece arrives ready to gift the moment it arrives. Free worldwide shipping is included with every order.

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellation is only possible if crafting has not yet started. Please reach out to support@momavo.com within a few hours of ordering for the best chance of cancellation. Refunds for approved cancellations are processed to your original payment method within 8 to 15 business days.

To keep your piece looking its best: remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and cleaning chemicals. Store in the original box or a soft cloth pouch when not wearing. Gently clean with a soft, dry cloth.
