How long does shipping take?
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days, then delivery takes 2 to 5 business days within the USA. DHL Express is also available at checkout, with delivery in 1 to 4 business days after processing. International shipping is available to over 50 countries (Canada 4-10 days, Europe 5-15 days). All orders include tracking so you know exactly when your gift will arrive.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day return window on all message card jewelry. The item must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging. To start a return, email support@momavo.com with your order number. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 8 to 15 business days after we receive and inspect the item. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away and we will arrange a free replacement.
