At Momavo, we want you to love every piece of jewelry you receive. We stand behind the quality of our products and are here to make things right if something is not perfect. Please read below for our return and remake policies based on the type of jewelry you purchased.


Message Card Jewelry -- 90-Day Return Policy

Our message card jewelry collection -- including the Forever Love Necklace, Love Knot Necklace, Alluring Beauty Necklace, Cuban Chain, Infinity Bracelet, and other pre-designed styles -- comes with a 90-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Eligible for Return

  • The item must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging
  • Returns must be requested within 90 days of delivery
  • To start a return, email support@momavo.com with your order number and reason for the return
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 8-15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons
  • Items returned without prior authorization from our support team

We understand that sometimes a gift does not work out or you change your mind, and that is completely okay. As long as the piece is unworn and in its original condition, we are happy to process your return.


Personalized Jewelry (Customize Studio) -- Final Sale

Our Customize Studio collection -- including engravable pendants, birthstone necklaces, name necklaces, lockets, signature rings, and personalized bracelets -- is handcrafted from scratch with your exact specifications. Because every piece is custom-made to order, personalized jewelry orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This is what makes your piece truly one of a kind -- it was designed, engraved, and crafted specifically for you. No one else in the world will ever have the same piece.

If Your Personalized Item Arrives Damaged

We hold every Customize Studio piece to the highest quality standard in the industry. Each piece goes through a rigorous multi-step quality inspection before it ships. The chance of receiving a defective item is extremely rare -- but we understand that manufacturing issues can occasionally happen.

If your personalized item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at support@momavo.com
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage
  3. Our team will review your case and, if approved, remake your piece at no charge

The 24-hour window is important because it allows us to begin the remake process as quickly as possible so you receive your corrected piece without unnecessary delay.

Please note: normal wear and tear over time is not considered a manufacturing defect. Our jewelry is built to last, but like all fine jewelry, it should be cared for properly to maintain its beauty.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at support@momavo.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item and the issue
  • A brief description of what went wrong

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a free remake or replacement as quickly as possible. Please do not return items without contacting us first -- we need to authorize all returns and remakes before processing.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@momavo.com.

  • Message card jewelry: Cancellations are possible if your order has not yet shipped. If the order has already shipped, please follow the return process above.
  • Personalized jewelry: Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellation is only possible if production has not yet started. Please reach out within a few hours of ordering for the best chance of cancellation.
  • Refunds for approved cancellations are processed to your original payment method within 8-15 business days.

Delivery Guarantee (Seasonal)

On select holidays -- including Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day -- we offer a guaranteed delivery date on eligible products. If your order does not arrive by the promised date (as indicated on the product page or shipping page), we will refund 50% of the purchase amount to your original payment method. You are not required to return the item.

This guarantee applies exclusively to products clearly marked with "Guaranteed Delivery By" promotional text on the product page or shipping page.
