Momavo offers two types of jewelry, each with its own timeline. Please check the product page to see which type your item is.
Message Card Jewelry (Most Products)
Our message card jewelry -- including the Forever Love Necklace, Love Knot Necklace, Alluring Beauty Necklace, Cuban Chain, and other pre-designed styles -- ships from our North America warehouse.
- Processing time: 1-3 business days
- Shipping (USA): 2-5 business days
- Shipping (Canada): 4-10 business days
- Shipping (Europe): 5-15 business days
- Shipping (Australia/NZ): 5-15 business days
- Shipping (Rest of World): 5-20 business days
Most US orders arrive within one week of placing your order.
Personalized Jewelry (Customize Studio Collection)
Our Customize Studio pieces -- including engravable pendants, birthstone necklaces, name necklaces, lockets, signature rings, and personalized bracelets -- are handcrafted from scratch by our artisans.
- Production time: 2-3 weeks (designing, engraving, crafting, hand-polishing, and quality inspection)
- Shipping after production: 3-7 business days (free worldwide shipping)
Every Customize Studio piece is crafted from genuine 925 sterling silver and goes through a meticulous multi-step process to ensure your personalization is perfect. From translating your engraving into a precision layout, to hand-finishing in your chosen finish (18K yellow gold, white gold, or rose gold), to a final quality inspection -- every detail is held to the highest standard in the industry. The result is a one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry that was made for you and only you.
We know the wait feels longer than a standard order, but when you hold your finished piece, you will understand why we never rush perfection.
Carrier Information
We ship orders through trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, and others depending on your location and the shipping method selected. For international shipments, your local mail carrier may handle final delivery once the package enters your country.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order anytime at momavo.com/pages/track-order.
Customs Fees and Taxes (International Orders)
We label every package with all relevant information for customs authorities to help your order clear smoothly.
Please note that some countries charge import duties, sales tax (VAT), or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are set by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for guidance on what fees may apply to items shipped from the United States.
I Have Not Received My Order
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please email us at support@momavo.com with your order number (from your confirmation email or SMS). We will help track down your package and make sure it reaches you.
Delivery Guarantee (Seasonal)
On select holidays -- including Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day -- we offer a guaranteed delivery date on eligible products. If your order does not arrive by the promised date (as shown on the product page or shipping page), we will refund 50% of the purchase amount to your original payment method. You are not required to return the item.
This guarantee applies only to products clearly marked with "Guaranteed Delivery By" on the product page or shipping page, and only during applicable holiday periods.
